• M. Kathi Rawls is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma and St. Gregory's College. She is a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association and is certified to practice in the United States Western and Eastern District Federal Court, and also Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Kathi Rawls has been certified by the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College. The Trial Lawyers College is dedicated to training and eduating lawyers and judges who are committed to the jury system and to representing and obtaining justice for individuals.  Ms. Rawls graduated from this intensive program in 2008.

• Carrie McNeer received her degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. Her undergraduate degree was also completed at the University of Tulsa.  She is a member in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association and is certified to practice in the United States Western District Federal Court and also Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Members of the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA)

  The National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA) is dedicated to helping preserve and strengthen laws which protect the consumer.  NACA is a nationwide organization of more than 1,000 attorneys who represent and have represented hundreds of thousands of consumers victimized by fraudulent, abusive and predatory business practices.

Both Ms. Rawls and Ms. McNeer are members of NACA.

Our Business Model

We strive to help the Oklahoma consumer and take pro bono cases regularly.  Most of our cases are taken with little or no attorney fees to the consumer.
